摄影 at Carthage provides a breadth of photography experience designed to allow students to build a range of photographic knowledge and skills. New digital photographic technology is juxtaposed with historical knowledge and processes giving students a range of artistic abilities and a historical, 当代, and professional context for their work. This focused study in photography allows students to develop an artist’s voice and professional techniques and skills for creating meaningful images.

摄影 courses provide a combination of art history and studio practices concentrated on photography that will assist students in their artistic and professional development. A major in photography may choose to pursue coursework that emphasizes the darkroom process, 数字化的过程, or a combination of both.

Student Exhibit 机会
Students at Carthage have many opportunities to show their work. The Student Art Gallery in the Campbell Student Union exhibits mainly two-dimensional work, including photographs, 图纸, 绘画, 和插图. 此外，H.
